Narendra Memorial Janta Secondary School, also recorded as Narendra Memorial Secondary School, Narendra Memorial Public Secondary School, or नरेन्द्र मेमोरियल जनता मावि, is a public secondary school in Boria (formerly Boria-4, now within Rajbiraj Municipality Ward 16), Saptari. Established in 2036 BS (around 1979–80 AD), it teaches both the general academic stream and a technical and vocational stream, and has been permitted to run Electrical Engineering as a vocational subject; students come mainly from the Yadav, Mandal, Chaudhary and Mehta communities of the surrounding wards.

The foundation stone was laid in 2007 by then Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Shivashankar Mukherjee, with Government of India financing, as part of a wider package of 18 India-financed projects across Saptari; the contractor was Danfe Construction Company of Kathmandu. As of a May 2016 report the block was still without window panes, door panels, wiring or paint, nine years after the foundation stone and years past its original deadline. The Indian Embassy's later inauguration of a facility at the school (see Resources) suggests the project was eventually completed, though the exact completion date is not yet confirmed for this registry.

These scholarships are meant to draw on a permanent Narendra Memorial Alumni Endowment Fund, with a long-term goal of raising NPR 1 Crore within ten years. The principal amount would stay invested indefinitely, while annual returns fund scholarships, library development, science and computer laboratories, sports and extracurricular activities, teacher recognition awards, student leadership programmes, emergency student assistance, and campus maintenance and innovation projects. The fund would be managed transparently, with annual audited financial statements published jointly by the Alumni Association and the School Management Committee.
Each alumnus sponsors one student's annual needs: school dress, books, examination fees, shoes and stationery. One alumnus changes one life.
